Maria Frye serves as a Health Sector Project Manager of Dairy Council of California.
Maria Frye, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), serves as Project Manager for the Health Sector at Dairy Council of California, where she builds relationships and collaborative opportunities with health professionals to advance the health of children and families through nutrition education.
Before joining Dairy Council of California, Maria worked as a dietitian in a variety of inpatient and outpatient clinical settings, where she also presented to community audiences on healthy eating. Through this experience, she discovered a passion for nutrition education and recognized the value of Dairy Council of California's evidence-based resources, which she had previously used as an outpatient dietitian.
Maria earned a Bachelor of Science in Natural Science from Loyola Marymount University and completed her dietetic training through California State University, Fresno and UCSF Medical Center.
