Kim Beach has been a valued member of the Dairy Council of California team for more than 20 years, with a role that has evolved alongside the organization’s growth and expanding outreach efforts. As a Marketing Specialist, Kim supports integrated marketing and communications initiatives that strengthen engagement with educators, health professionals and community partners across California.
Kim contributes to the development, coordination and distribution of email and direct marketing communications, helping ensure timely, consistent and audience-centered messaging. With a strong interest in content development and creative design, she supports the coordination and delivery of high-quality, evidence-based educational resources, working cross-functionally to ensure partners have the tools they need to advance nutrition education for children and families. Her background in banking and experience managing complex projects and budgets bring a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to planning, coordination and stewardship of organizational resources.

An adventurous epicurean, she believes food is central to culture, connection and lifelong well-being, and that education empowers families to build healthy eating patterns that last a lifetime.
