Efrain Valenzuela is the Dairy Agricultural Education Director at the Dairy Council of California, leading statewide efforts to deliver dairy agricultural literacy and nutrition education to students, educators, and communities. He oversees a team of agricultural educators who bring experiential learning to schools, fairs, and community events across California, connecting audiences to the journey of food from farm to table.
Efrain guides the strategic growth and impact of the Mobile Dairy Classroom, expanding its reach and strengthening measurable education outcomes for more than 400,000 students and families annually. With more than 27 years in agricultural education, he is passionate about helping youth understand healthy eating patterns and the role of milk and dairy in a balanced diet.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
