Ashley is the Nutrition & Industry Affairs Officer & practicing registered dietitian.

Ashley Rosales is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and the Nutrition and Industry Affairs Officer for Dairy Council of California, where she is passionate about working together in building healthy, equitable and sustainable food systems. She specializes in translating nutrition science into policy and practice, optimizing nutrition across the lifespan with a unique focus on dairy's important role in health. Her areas of expertise include amplifying dairy nutrition research, food-based dietary guidelines, regulatory affairs, strategic communications, and building multisector partnerships.
Ashley is an active member of the International Dairy Federations Standing Committee on Nutrition and Health, Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and Associations West. She serves as a board member on the US International Dairy Federation and the Les Dames d'Escoffier International-Sacramento Chapter. She received her degree in Clinical Nutrition from UC Davis, completed the dietetic internship program at Napa State Hospital, and holds a Master's of Science in Nutrition Science from the University of the Pacific.
