You need 3 portions from this food group every day to help keep your bones healthy and strong. One portion equals 1 cup of milk or yogurt or 1½ ounces of cheese.
 
Pineapple Comes From the Fruits Group
You need 1 ½ cups from this food group every day to get the vitamins and minerals to help keep all of your body parts healthy and strong. One portion equals 1 cup of fresh or canned fruit, ½ cup of dried fruit, or 1 cup of juice.
 
Mushrooms Come From the Vegetables Group
You need 2 ½ cups from this food group every day to give you the vitamins and minerals your body needs to keep you from getting sick and to help you stay healthy and strong. One portion equals 1 cup of chopped raw or cooked vegetables or 2 cups of leafy raw vegetables.
 
Pizza Crust Comes From the Grains, Breads & Cereals Group

You need 6 portions from this food group everyday to help give your body the vitamins and minerals it needs to grow right and to help your brain think. One portion equals 1 slice of bread, 1/2 cup of cooked rice or pasta or 1 ounce of ready-to-eat cereal.
 
Ham Comes From the Meat, Beans & Nuts Group

You need 5 ounces from this food group every day to help build your muscles and keep them strong. One portion equals 1 ounce of cooked lean meat, poultry, or fish, ¼ cup of cooked dried beans, 1 egg or 1 tablespoon of peanut butter.
