	Partnering with MyPyramid Corporate Challenge Dairy Council of California was selected June 10, 2008 as a Charter Member of the USDA Partnering with MyPyramid: Corporate Challenge.
	Dairy Council Program Exercise Your Options Wins 2005 Davey Awards The Davey Awards is an international creative award focused exclusively on honoring outstanding creative work from the best small firms worldwide. The video clips for the middle school Exercise Your Options received the silver award for Academic Education CD-Rom and Children’s Audience CD-Rom categories.


	DCC's Activities Win Silver at 2003 ADDY Awards DCC's online activities, Calcium Quiz and Women's Fitness Planner, received a 2003 AdMark Silver ADDY award in the "Interactive Media Campaign" category. AdMark is the local chapter of the American Advertising Federation (AAF). With a regional Silver award, DCC is progressing to the State competition.

	DCC's Website Has Been Chosen for the 2002-2003 Golden Web Award DCC's website has been chosen for the 2002-2003 Golden Web Award. Recognized as a respected Professional Member of the International Association of Web Masters and Designers, DCC's website demonstrates originality, quality design and credible content in the educational arena.

	DCC's Website Commended for Quality Educational Content DCC's website has been selected as an approved site for WebPathExpress, an educational Internet service. WebPathExpress is a service for school libraries to help students K-12 find online resources for homework assignments and reports. This service cited DCC's website as one that provides "excellent educational value."

	DCC Recognized as a "Mover and Shaker" in the Internet World The Association for Interactive Media (AIM) saluted the Dairy Council of California in June 2001 as a new "mover and shaker in the media biz." DCC's Teen BEAT—Basic Exercise & Activity Tracker was given special recognition as an individualized learning education tool that supports whole health. AIM provides networking opportunities and promotes consumer confidence in Internet businesses.

	DCC Receives the Fall of 1999 Silver World Wide Web Health Award The World Wide Web Health Awards recognizes the best health-related web sites for consumers and professionals. The DCC website is recognized in the category of Health Promotion/Disease & Injury Prevention for information that helps consumers stay healthy. The goal of the World Wide Web Health Award is to provide a "seal of quality" for electronic health information. The World Wide Web Health Awards is organized by the Health Information Resource Center, a national clearinghouse for consumer health information programs and materials.

	DCC Honored with Academic Excellence Award Study Web selects Dairy Council of California website as one of the Net's finest sources of educational information for students and teachers.
